  • Credit Card Policy: In order to book services with Wingmom, a valid credit card must be provided and kept on file until the final invoice for services is paid. This information will be held on a secured server and the entirety of the account number will not be visible and/or accessible to anyone. You will still have the option of paying your invoice through any form of tender that Wingmom accepts and your credit card will never be charged without both an official invoice and prior notification. Once an invoice is issued, If there is a credit card on file it will be charged 48 hours after invoice is issued giving you the ability to review the invoice, add a tip, etc. If a credit card is not on file Invoices are subject to a 3.5% late fee if unpaid after 7 days. 

    Non-Solicitation: By booking with Wingmom you are agreeing to use the agency for this service and will not contract or attempt to contract the Wingmom/dad to independently provide these services.

    Waiver of Liability: You are also agreeing to waive and forever discharge Wingmom, Inc., any Branch subsidiary under the parent company of Wingmom, Inc., and/or any independent contractor performing the service from any and all claims, either past, present or future, for property damage only, resulting from an accident, casualty or event which may occur during the course of or in connection to my service that is not the direct result of negligence on the part of the person performing the service. It is understood and agreed upon that any payment made pursuant hereto is not to be taken as an admission of liability on the part of Wingmom, Inc., any Branch subsidiary under the parent company of Wingmom, Inc. and/or any independent contractor.

    Cancellation Policy: Wingmom understands all too well that things happen in life.  If you need to change your service date/time or if you need to cancel until further notice, please contact us immediately. Services that are canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled date/time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one hour of the selected service, which will be used to compensate the Wingmom assigned to your service for making themselves available. If a deposit was paid a refund will be issued, less the cancellation fee. 

    Scope of Work: Wingmom services are either charged on an hourly rate, with a 1 hour minimum for most services, or a quote for the total job amount is submitted to the client for approval.  Laundry is charged on a per load basis with a minimum of three loads, and rides are a flat rate. For hourly services, we will estimate the total time a job should take, although this may vary. If the job is going to exceed the total quote time, when possible, you will be advised beforehand. For jobs when it is not possible to notify the client of increased hours or ending the job early without completing the job is not feasible, we reserve the right to complete the scope of work originally agreed upon. If the client changes the scope of work, Wingmom may submit a new quote. At the time of the scheduled appointment, if the client adds additional jobs other than originally scheduled, we may have to add additional time, bring in additional staff and/or schedule an additional date.

    Quotes/Deposits/Invoicing: Once an inquiry is made, and we review your request and service needs, you will receive a quote for the approximate cost of the service or the equivalent of: The first hour of service -or- Three loads of laundry -or- The total ride amount -or- A fair deposit based on the service up to 50% of the total projected quote for jobs over $500. For larger quoted jobs, a deposit schedule will be agreed upon prior to the job starting. Your request cannot be confirmed until the deposit is received. Although a deposit is given, your job is not guaranteed until a Wingmom or Wingdad has been assigned. 

    During the course of the service, if a Wingmom/dad is picking up materials and/or supplies at the client's request, it will be charged at the hourly rate for the time as well as a 5% handling fee. If a Wingmom/dad is picking up heavy or large bulk items that require a truck, there may be a truck fee as well.

    All deposits will be applied to the final invoice. Invoices are emailed to the account used to book the service and are due upon receipt. Invoices later than 7 days are subject to a 3.5% late fee. In the event of a cancellation, if canceled within our policy window, your deposit will be refunded. If Wingmom is unable to perform the service, your deposit will be refunded. 


  • Photo Policy: At points during the service, Wingmom may take photos of the service for internal use only. We have the utmost respect for our clients' privacy and, when possible, will refrain from photographing personal pictures, addresses or other identifying markers. If Wingmom wishes to use these photos for marketing purposes, the client will be given the opportunity to review the photos first and asked to sign a photo consent form.

    Inclement Weather: We would never want to jeopardize the safety and welfare of our staff. If we have to cancel your visit due to inclement weather conditions, we will contact you to reschedule your service. We ask that you please be aware of the conditions outside of your home on the day that we are scheduled. Please keep driveways and walkways clear as needed so that our staff can access your home without getting injured. If you feel that we may not be able to access the home because of the conditions, please contact us in advance to let us know. In the event of extreme weather conditions, such as extreme heat or dust storms, Wingmom Phoenix reserves the right to make changes to the quoted scope of work (especially pertaining to work partially or wholly outdoors), or cancel the service with a full refund to the customer. 

    Unsatisfactory Service: If you are unhappy with any service provided, you are required to notify us within 24 hours of service in order for us to address and correct the problem. If we receive prompt notification, we will schedule a time to come back to examine the problem. If the problem involves the quality of service we have provided, we pledge to correct the problem at no charge. If we do not receive notice of a problem within 24 hours, or if you decide to correct the problem yourself, we will not be able to take additional action, nor will you be compensated for your inconvenience.

    Preferred Vendors: If a client uses a contractor from our preferred vendors list, the terms of their service, including but not limited to, their fees and the scope of their work is strictly between the client and the vendor. Wingmom is not responsible for any agreement made between the client and the vendor and carries no liability for the service they provide or the work they complete.

  • The company collects personal data necessary for providing services, including but not limited to name, address, contact information, payment information, services preference and history. Client data we collect is used for providing and improving services, communicating with clients, marketing, processing payments, and complying with federal and state laws. 

    Clients in certain jurisdictions reserve the right to request to view the data that we hold about them by contacting info@wingmomphoenix.com. Upon customer request, Wingmom will destroy all personally identifiable information on the client. 

    The Company will not sell or lease client data to third parties unless they are necessary to provide as a part of our referral/partner program. Data will only be shared to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling services. 

    The Company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms. In the event of any data breaches, Wingmom is obligated to reach out to those who are impacted by said breaches within 48 hours of internal notice of the event. 

    The Company employs reasonable security measures to protect client data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

    Wingmom contractors are legally obligated to not distribute or maliciously utilize any client-sensitive information acquired during the job performance. We will never keep nor store any data pertinent to the customer outside of what is vital to completing the scope of work. All client data that is kept will be stored in secured servers with limited employee access. 

  • When booking this service for a family member, it is expected that the client will provide an emergency contact that can be reached immediately in the event of an emergency.

    It is expected that any medical information that is pertinent to the care or first aid of the Senior is disclosed and made available to Wingmom before the services begin. We understand the importance of this information and will handle it with the utmost confidentiality; at no time will this information be shared with anyone who is not either acting in an Administrative capacity or directly providing the services.

    Wingmom is not authorized to administer medication; the only exception is a prescribed Epi-Pen in the case of a severe allergic reaction. If the Senior has medication they need to take, they need to be competent enough to take their own meds out of the bottle in the correct dosage or it needs to be in a med planner and accessible to them. All Wingmom is authorized to do is remind the Senior when it is time to take their medication and bring them the med planner they are kept in. They are not allowed to dispense medications under any circumstances.

    If a major medical emergency occurs, Wingmom may assist in contacting/dispatching emergency medical transport/personnel. Wingmom is not responsible for any charges to the client or their family that may incur. 

    If Wingmom is completing errands during the time of service, any locations more than 10 miles from the service location will incur an additional $10 per stop fee. Additionally,  Wingmom is not responsible for any discrepancies between prices advertised and the actual prices at stores.

    While engaged in a professional capacity or activity while caring for elderly or a member of a vulnerable population, Wingmom has a Duty to Report if they learn of facts that give reason to suspect that an individual has suffered any incident of abuse or neglect. This means they must report the suspected abuse or neglect to a designated agency.   • When booking this service, it is expected that the client will provide an emergency contact that can be reached immediately in the event of an emergency.

    If Wingmom is completing errands during the time of service, any locations more than 10 miles from the service location will incur an additional $10 per stop fee. Additionally,  Wingmom is not responsible for any discrepancies between prices advertised and the actual prices at stores.

    Depending on the number of children, or the needs of said children, Wingmom reserves the right to quote multiple Wingmoms in the performance of the scope of work. In Arizona, the maximum staff to child allowable ratio is one staff member to four children each. 

    While engaged in a professional capacity or activity while caring for children or a member of a vulnerable population, Wingmom has a Duty to Report if they learn of facts that give reason to suspect that an individual has suffered any incident of abuse or neglect. This means they must report the suspected abuse or neglect to a designated agency.   • The client is responsible for including only washable items in the laundry bag/basket and will be liable for any damage to clothing or cleaning machines when caused by any items present in the laundry bags.

    WIngmom is not responsible for nor shall not pay for clothing that bleeds, shrinks, or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing.

    Wingmom does not check garments for “hand wash only” or “dry clean only” labels, so please check garments before leaving the laundry for pickup.

    Wingmom reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.

    Wingmom is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur to any of the detergents/fabric softeners used by Wingmom. If the client or anyone in the household has any allergies or sensitivities to specific cleaners, it is the client's responsibility to provide their own detergent/fabric softeners. 

    The client must notify Wingmom of missing or damaged items within 48 hours of cleaned clothes being returned. Lost items will not be covered by Wingmom unless direct responsibility is proven.

    Wingmom is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of items left unattended for pick-up or delivery, whether left by the client or Wingmom, as long as delivery instructions were followed.

    Wingmom does not guarantee the removal of all stains and will not be responsible for the loss of or damage to any personal items left in the clothing.

    If there is found to be lice, fleas or bed bugs in the laundry, the client will be solely responsible for eradication of any infestation that may occur as a result of the laundry entering their homes.

  • Cleaning and Organizing: Please note, a personal assistant may do some cleaning and organizing from time to time but, if it is becoming exclusive, we reserve the right to switch to the cleaning or home organizing rate.

    If Wingmom is completing errands during the time of service, any locations more than 10 miles from the service location will incur an additional $10 per stop fee. Additionally, Wingmom is not responsible for any discrepancies between prices advertised and the actual prices at stores.

    Reimbursements: If the service is solely for groceries and/or errands, items will not be delivered without reimbursement for the amount paid by the contractor. Items added to your invoice will incur a 5% handling fee.

  • All tasks will be done in accordance with the goals/tasks stated by the client at time of intake/quoting. Any additional tasks conducted outside the quoted scope of work might require a new quote. Wingmom will not accept disputes for uncompleted tasks that were not explicitly stated in the scope of work at the conclusion of the job. 

    Services that include Wingdad Handyman collaboration may change the rate at which the service is invoiced.

    If at any point during the service Wingmom comes into contact with any biohazardous materials, such as insect infestation, hazardous mold, animal waste or remains, etc., that wasn’t previously disclosed during intake, the service will be temporarily halted to notify Wingmom Admin. Any hours that have been worked up to that point will be invoiced regardless if Wingmom is able to continue.

  • All tasks will be done in accordance with the goals/tasks stated by the client at time of intake/quoting. Any additional tasks conducted outside the quoted scope of work might require a new quote. Wingmom will not accept disputes for uncompleted tasks that were not explicitly stated in the scope of work at the conclusion of the job. 

    Wingmom Cleaning services do not typically include decluttering and/or organizing unless adding this service has been discussed during your consultation. In order to maximize the amount of cleaning done in the time frame given, please make sure the space you need cleaning is tidy. If an area is too cluttered Wingmom reserves the right to skip the cleaning of that area and will notify the client immediately of their intention.

    If at any point during the service Wingmom comes into contact with any biohazardous materials, such as insect infestation, hazardous mold, animal waste or remains, etc., that wasn’t previously disclosed during intake, the service will be temporarily halted to notify Wingmom Admin. Any hours that have been worked up to that point will be invoiced regardless if Wingmom is able to continue.

    Wingmom is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur to any of the cleaning supplies used by Wingmom. If the client or anyone in the household has any allergies or sensitivities to specific cleaners, it is the client's responsibility to disclose this information during the intake interview.

  • All tasks will be done in accordance with the goals/tasks stated by the client at time of intake/quoting. Any additional tasks conducted outside the quoted scope of work might require a new quote. Wingmom will not accept disputes for uncompleted tasks that were not explicitly stated in the scope of work at the conclusion of the job. 

    If at any point during the service Wingdad comes into contact with any biohazardous materials, such as insect infestation, hazardous mold, animal waste or remains, etc., that wasn’t previously disclosed during intake, the service will be temporarily halted to notify Wingmom Admin. Any hours that have been worked up to that point will be invoiced regardless of if Wingdad is able to continue.

    If the client uses a contractor from our preferred vendors list, the terms of their service, including but not limited to, their fees and the scope of their work is strictly between the client and the vendor. Wingdad is not responsible for any agreement made between the client and the vendor and carries no liability for the work they complete.

    Wingmom takes the health of our employees very seriously. Wingdads reserve the right to take additional breaks in the event of adverse weather conditions such as extreme heat or dust storms. Breaks will not count towards Wingdad billable hours. 

    If materials are needed to perform the scope of work that are not a part of what can normally be expected from a handyman’s toolkit, then it is the client's duty to provide said tools, or to consent to the Wingdad modifying the scope of work to include the cost of purchasing/leasing said tools or materials. 

    If permits, licensure, or city permissions are required in order to perform the scope of work, it is the responsibility of the client to obtain those unless otherwise agreed to by the Wingdad at time of quoting. 


    Non-Liability

    Client acknowledges and agrees that any services performed by Contractor may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of Damage. Client hereby assumes all risks associated with the services provided, including but not limited to any Damage that may occur as a result of Contractor’s work.

    Wingmom Phoenix, its employees, agents, and subcontractors (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Contractor") shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from or related to the performance of services under this Agreement, including but not limited to any accidental damage to or destruction of property (hereinafter referred to as "Damage").

    Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Contractor from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to any Damage that occurs during the performance of services, except to the extent that such Damage is caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Contractor.

    In the event that Contractor is found liable for any Damage, the total liability of Contractor shall be limited to the total amount paid by Client for the services rendered, and in no event shall Contractor be liable for any special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

    If any provision of this Non-Liability Clause is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    This Non-Liability Clause shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Set up/Take down service does not include significant alterations to the structure (i.e., walls, ceilings, etc), but will instead include Wingdad Handyman collaboration to perform said tasks in tandem with their own billable hours; no significant alterations will be done to the structure or property of a house unless consented to by the owner of the structure or property. 

    Wingmom is not responsible for any damage to the property incurred during the performance of their duties, nor caused by guests during the duration of the party they are assisting with.

    Client must provide accurate information regarding the event including date, location, number of guests, special requests, etc. Clients must also ensure that the event venue is accessible to our staff on the day of the event. Client is responsible for the venue being clear for Wingmom to set up stationary and perform their scope of work. If the event that this is not the case, such as an area being too small to bring in a foldable table for example, then Wingmom reserves the right to modify the scope of work. 

    If Wingmom is completing errands during the time of service, any locations more than 10 miles from the service location will incur an additional $10 per stop fee. Additionally,  Wingmom is not responsible for any discrepancies between prices advertised and the actual prices at stores.

    Finally, clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licensure required for the event, and to have their event be compliant with local laws or regulations, including noise ordinances and HOA rules. 

  • The client is obligated to provide the equipment necessary for the Wingmom to comfortably perform their duties outlined in the quote. I.e., providing a leash, harness, muzzle, animal food, kitty litter, etc. Said equipment must be in working condition.

    Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their pets including health status, behavior, and any special needs. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and free from parasites and communicable diseases. 

    In case of an emergency, Wingmom will attempt to contact the client immediately. If the client cannot be reached, Wingmom reserves the right to seek emergency veterinary care at the client's expense.

    Wingmom is not liable for any injuries the client's animal receives, or injuries received by other animals caused directly by the client's animal, during their performance of work - unless caused in part by Wingmom gross negligence or irresponsibility. 

    Wingmom reserves the right to refuse to service animals who are displaying threatening, aggressive, or otherwise alarming behavior. 

    Wingmom reserves the right to refuse service for exotic breeds that require specialist knowledge in order to work with (i.e. Caracal cats, poisonous snakes, poisonous spiders, etc). Wingmom also reserves the right to modify or cancel the scope of services due to extenuating factors such as extreme heat or weather conditions. Wingmom will not walk an animal on pavement in extreme heat conditions unless foot protection is provided by the client. 

  • During the course of the service, if a Wingmom/dad is picking up groceries/materials and/or supplies at the client's request, it will be charged at the hourly rate for the time as well as a 5% handling fee. If a Wingmom/dad is picking up heavy or large bulk items that require a truck, there may be a truck fee as well.

    Wingmom is not liable for any health-related issues incurred by the client during adventures or experiences, unless caused by gross negligence of the Wingmom. The client is responsible for disclosing any allergies, physical conditions, and physical disabilities that could impact their ability to partake in Wingmom guided adventures/experiences in a safe and enjoyable manner. 

    Client is responsible for notifying Wingmom & Tenants in the event of a job that requires entry to the dwelling. Rental hosts are responsible for ensuring that their requests of Wingmom are compliant with Host Company Policies, local laws, HOA rules, and city ordinances. Any violation therein, unless incurred due to gross negligence by the Wingmom, will be liable to the rental property owner. If the rental owner expects Wingmom to be at risk of violating any specific rules or ordinances, it is their duty to notify Wingmom of those prior to beginning their scope of work. 

    Any handyman work that needs to be done to the property must be done so by a Wingdad, and Wingdad fees & terms/conditions will apply to that scope of work therein. Any vacation concierge-related transportation falls under the terms and conditions of our “transportation” section.

  • Clients are obligated to provide the Wingmom with proper information pertaining to school policy. Certain campuses do not allow males to enter female dormitories without explicit permission and vice versa. Clients are also obligated to facilitate the visitor process such as completing/aiding with guest sign-in sheets, obtaining permission from the university, etc. If Wingmom is unable to complete their scope of work due to a lack of university authorization or inability to enter the dwelling, Wingmom will default to our normal refund policy.

    If complex furniture needs to be assembled/disassembled or moved to another location (i.e. from one dorm to another or from a dorm to a storage locker), a Wingdad might be required on its own or in tandem with a Wingmom.

    Clients and recipients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during all interactions with Wingmom contractors and to adhere to any guidelines provided by the Wingmom pertaining to the performance of their scope of work. 

    If scheduling services on the behalf of someone else, Wingmom requires the client to provide notification to all co-occupants of the dwelling. 

    The Company is committed to providing high-quality services; however, clients agree to hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses that may arise from the use of the services provided, including to dormitories. 

    Any violations to university or dormitory policy incurred during the performance of the scope of work will be held liable by the client, unless caused directly by gross negligence or irresponsibility of the Wingmom.
