The ability to use technology and navigate new platforms is a plus, as much of the Wingmom communication and scheduling is done online.

Screen applicants via phone call, zoom or in person interview and discuss the skills needed for each service or client.
Contact the candidate's references and verify their professional history.
Complete Federal and State background checks.
Complete a Probationary Period to learn the "Wingmom Way."
When applicable, acquire additional licenses, certifications and trainings to provide the best service possible.
